With a caring nature and a genuine desire to enhance the lives of others, Angela understands what it takes to successfully provide care services, and shares her business experience with her franchisees.

Franchise Manager

Paul has a wealth of experience in all aspects of franchising and drives much of our strategic direction at all levels. Very approachable and supportive, Paul is well-qualified to manage franchising operations nationally. Having previously held the Field Manager role, Paul is very familiar with each franchise owner and continues to be a great source of support. Paul is responsible for developing many of the systems and processes we employ to support each of our franchise owners.

Paul is responsible for digitising and optimising processes and productivity across the franchise model. With first-hand experience caring for a loved one, Paul is passionate about education, support, and giving back to those who need care. Paul has developed, and maintains our Customer Management System (CMS) and compliance software, to strengthen agility and make everyday processes easier for each franchise owner.

Business Support Administrator

Kate’s provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our business systems. Playing a key role in maintaining the Simply Helping Customer Management System (CMS), Kate’s energy and organisation skills are complimented by a wealth of experience in the aged care and health care sectors. Providing great business support is second nature to Kate.
