Sienna drives brand awareness nationally and supports franchisees from day one with induction training, local marketing advice and ongoing assistance. Sienna’s creative responsibilities include social media, events, print & digital, tv, radio, corporate sponsorships, partnerships, newsletters & marketing policy, and hosting in service training. Sienna provides strong brand representation for all franchisees.

Paul has a wealth of experience in all aspects of franchising and drives much of our strategic direction at all levels. Very approachable and supportive, Paul is well-qualified to manage franchising operations nationally. Having previously held the Field Manager role, Paul is very familiar with each franchise owner and continues to be a great source of support. Paul is responsible for developing many of the systems and processes we employ to support each of our franchise owners.

Dave is the first point of contact for all areas of franchise support. Business coaching, financial management, operational effectiveness, strategic planning, and ideas for growth are all Dave’s domain. Dave devotes his time ensuring each franchise owner is supported every step of the way. Dave is always on the front foot to help maintain great relationships, brand alignment, and profit levels.

Playing a key role in maintaining the Simply Helping Customer Management System (CMS), Kate’s energy and organisation skills are complimented by a wealth of experience in the aged care and health care sectors. Providing great business support is second nature to Kate.

With a logical approach and an eye for detail, Anita is well-suited to the important role of Policy Coordinator. Anita works closely with the management team to maintain clear documentation of all policy and procedural matters.
